Hot Chocolate Sundays

During Hot Chocolate Sundays in North East, MD participating merchants (listing coming) will provide hot chocolate to those that have purchased a North East Chamber Tumbler**. Customers must bring their tumblers to be filled with the hot chocolate. Some stores may offer Hot Chocolate to everyone, but that is their prerogative and not a guarantee.
