CCPL’s Children’s Book Festival

Join Cecil County Public Library in the North East Branch Library for a fun-filled day for the whole family! Meet and greet children’s and young adult book authors while enjoying family-friendly activities such as face painting, ice cream, balloon animals, and more!
Every child will receive a voucher for a free signed book!
