Susan Risha
Susan Risha, the author of “12 Tips for Parents with Struggling Readers,” has more than 16 years’ teaching experience with students grades PreK-12 in both traditional and nontraditional settings. Her state certifications include reading, elementary and special education. She earned her master’s degree in reading education with a 4.0. Additionally, she receive specialized training from the Dyslexia Therapist, and was also trained in Orton-Gillingham multisensory methods. Susan teaches Chinese students both online and at a satellite school near Princeton while homeschooling her own children.
